All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and a free on-site or phone estimate prior to work beginning.

3. Estimates & Pricing
All prices listed on our website are starting prices and are subject to change based on the volume, weight, type of materials, and accessibility of the job site. A firm price will always be provided before any work begins. You are under no obligation to proceed after receiving an estimate.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Liability
Yard Boys Property Solutions LLC is licensed and insured. We take reasonable care in performing all services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to property, underground utilities not marked by the customer, or items not disclosed prior to service. Customers are responsible for identifying and communicating any hazards or special conditions at the job site.
7. Privacy

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Harrison County, Mississippi.
